Regiments switching allegiance to Muslims?

When a Muslim ruler conquers one of my province, the regiment I raised from that province instantly disbands and reappears for the Muslim. On the contrary, when I conquer a Muslim province, its regiment becomes mercenary and continues to serve in the same army, in the way that was implemented in 1.03. Isn't there some sort of imbalance here? No wonder the Spanish Christians get overrun so quickly...

I think I've seen this also, but am not certain with what version. Is this around with 1.03b?

Yes, I've experienced this in 1.03b.

When a Muslim conquers your province, you get a message saying "Our regiment from X has defected and now serves the Emir of Blah".
