hello
if I've read carefully enough, I didn't find Victoria in Registrations, only with Revolution
and I've downloaded both, the code of Victoria has 6 columns ,the same format as registration,but in my Victoria each column contains 5 digit and I can only fill four, the code of Revolution has 5 columns and the last one is longer

Where did you buy them from?
AFAIK Victoria itself doesn't have any forum registration, only Revolutions does.
Also, there is no real need to register either of them. There are no restricted subforums like newer games have. The only reason Revolutions has a registration at all is so that people who had no other Paradox games could post in the off-topic forum after they made it a requirement to have at least one registered game.

Your codes might be something only used by Impulse rather than for Paradox.
They should provide you with a Paradox code for Rev though; I'd contact Impulse about it.
