Regnal numbers of Kingdom of Poland do not account for the rulers that were not crowned even though they are counted in real life

Description​

I wasn't sure whether this should be a bug or suggestion, especially how this issue is a result of intentionally not giving the kindom of Poland to certain rulers of Poland that did not use the title of King, but I decided to report it as a bug.

Early Piast rulers only own duchies in the history files. This is supposed to reflect the fact that they were not crowned the kings of Poland. However these rulers are counted when it comes to regnal numbers of Polish rulers since they were Dukes of Poland, the same title as the Kingdom of Poland. All historians agree, that, for example Casimir III the Great has regnal number "III" despite there being no king named Casimir before him (only two dukes of Poland).

There are two options to solve this conundrum:
- We give the title of Kingdom of Poland to rulers like Mieszko I and others. Unfortunately they are now called "king" in game which is not historically accurate. However this allows for the regnal numbers to be calculated propertly for the future rulers, which I'd say is more impactful for gameplay and immersion since you actually play these future rulers, not the historical rulers.
- Historical rulers of Poland are only given the duchies (current situation). This leads to broken regnal numbers which ruin the immersion when playing as rulers of Poland. They however are properly called "duke" instead of "king". While this is nice, it doesn't really have any impact on the game.

Therefore I suggest that this change (compared to CK2) should be rolled back and the problem with "duke vs king" can be eventually fixed if coronation mechanics are included in the game.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Start the game in 1066 as Bolesław the Bold of Poland
2. Have a heir named "Mieszko"
3. Have this heir inherit the kingdom

Expected outcome:
- He is called Mieszko III

Actual outcome:
- He has no regnal number despite there being https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mieszko_I and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mieszko_II_Lambert before him
