Regular ID - i want to inherit annexed nation's army and production

So this is the story:

I play Kaiserreich as Transamur, but i want to get annexed by Russia to continue the game as Russia. I (Russia) want to inherit my (Transamur's) armies and production.

I heard i have to change both nation's regular ID to the same (SOV?) How?

I tried at revolt.txt but nothing happens. Any ideas?
