dono if anyone else has this...but the crashes in MP arnt the thing that bothers me, Im long used to them, my problem is in rehosting

Almost everytime me and my friends have a CTD, freeze, anything that causes us to quit and reload we can't imeaditly rehost. In general we have to wait at least 1 hour before we can rehost, be it in Valkery.net or Internet. Although othertimes we can do it imeaditly/in 15 mins/ 2 hours. really annoying, anyone else encounter this problem/know what causes it?

No firewall, all ports open, and it dosn't matter who host in regards to who was host, or where the comp is physicaly located...although it does matter if you were in the previous load *ie if I am prussia, and it CTDs when I become germany (which it always does) then we can imeaditly rehost because prussia no longer exsist, and thus neither do I technicly exsist in the game files..(only get this problem with Valkery.net and Paradox Games..Blizard Games/Microsoft Games never have had this issue with)
 
We never had that issue, our problems were with CTD and really bad lag that caused all kinds of problems, such as building RR, moving troops, research, etc.

Have you tried to delete the player names from the country list? This way, when everyone joins, all countries are selectible.

just to make things a bit moe clear...

what it does is when one of us host, we will hit the join button it freezes likes it's trying to join, wait wait then all of sudden it's back to being normal, didn't join, no error, just like nothing happened (although you know it tried something from the 5 minutes of the game appearing to be frozen ...)

player lsit didn't work - its not a problem with the scnerio itself but seems to be some kind of conflict with the multiplayer setup of paradox games (get this same problem with EU and HoI. and only get this problem with paradox games.) My current theory is that after the host quits the game dosn't regonize the game has stopped exsisting in play mode till an hour has passed an some option or other has reset (don remember where I came up with this or even why, *wonders about his rationaliziation here...*) but something is conflicting where it sees Im/friend is hosting but instead of joining the hosted game like normal it attempts to join then dosn't...
 
I have never heard of this problem before.

What are your networks setup?

Do you use dhcp?
does it happen no matter who hosts the game?
