Are there any more decisions unlockable ? Because the only ones I see are the ones that allows you to switch to different republic types. In vanilla there was an option to proclaim your ruler a god (to name one), is this still in ?

Some vanilla decisions have been cut or replaced with triggered modifiers. Proclaiming your god a ruler is now a triggered modifier and will happen if you have a very good ruler and the Deification NI.

Commented out the PIR tag in common/countries.txt and removed all references to it.

Just started my first 2.35beta game with RoA, and I'm enjoying it so far even though I haven't figured everything out yet. I'm glad you removed handing out minor offices from player control. That's a major improvement.

Awesome mod, still having a bit of trouble with this whole "Rebellious Slaves" problem.

See, The Veneti took over Bononia & Mutina, and after the great war with Etruria some 6-10% of the slaves in Mutina mutinied (40,000+) which our army is having trouble fighting. Right now its more of a "Get out of the way" deal as they alternate between Salassi and Mutina/Bononia. Once can only hope they migrate southwards to Rome eventually ;_;

On the bright side, they did spend exactly 799 days besieging Salassi. I can't help but think they should be able to assault the settlement when they outnumber the garrison 40 to 1. Might just let them overrun the country or something.

Definitely fun, took a brilliant general 5 tries (With 12k Soldiers) to stop a massive slave army (91k Egyptian Rebels from just annexed Alexandria/Buto, 40k to Jerusalem, 51k traveled west toward libya). Ended at the gates of Jerusalem. Unfortunately, the mob was able to destroy Alexandria's library in the violence...I wanted that Academy :*(

Wiz, how do I change how many rebels will spawn in the rebellions? I love the mod, but it's just ridiculous having two 20k stack spanw in the same place in a month and then two 40k (40K!) stacks spawn within months of each other while only having a force limint of 25.

There's no way to change this, it's based on population of the province. What province was this, and are you playing the latest version?

I am playing the latest. The two 20k stacks were on Corsica and the other ones spawned in Pisae. Truthfully it led to a really exciting decade. It was very maddening when it happened (I posted right after the second 40k spawned), but must of my other rebellions have been around 10-15k(in more "barbarian" provinces).

Is it just me or do the leaders really have a hard time finding a partner? There are a lot of kings without a wife and thus without children, fueling civil wars.

Just dropped by to say I started playing your mod tonight and so far it's been great! I love the new useful character traits. I don't find the new financial system challenging at all, at least now. Buildings cost the same and army maintenance is the same as vanilla as far as I can tell.

Something a little annoying I noticed is that when I declare war to a country, after I crush their army, their neighbors declare war on them and invade their provinces before I can get to them. Perhaps this decision to invade a weak neighbor should be a little randomized, like giving it a chance to happen. Or perhaps should be influenced by the ruler's traits.

I'll give more feedback as I play, but I wanted to say thank you for your work!

EDIT: Indeed the AI loves to take advantage of any weakness in a country. Playing as Macedonia I conquered pretty much all of Greece, and upon declaring war in the North, 2 revolts sparked and Creete (?!) which I was allied with a few years before invaded me. Why would Crete want to invade me? They should be happy nobody invaded them. The AI is unbelievably aggressive...

EDIT 2: I rage quit after Rome crushed me and everyone else who stood in their way. The roman war machine could not be stopped :( Back to Epigoni for me, at least for now.
