I just bought a new computer and, to celebrate, also purchased EIC. Took it home and immediately set up the computer and installed EIC. That night, the computer crashed. HP had to send me a new hard drive. After installing the new hard drive and formatting it, I tried to reinstall EIC. All I get is an error message: "There was a problem with product activation: serial number already registered." So, how do I get around that to reinstall the program?
