A few questions.

1: Periodically I get messages telling me I need to improve my UN relations or I might face sanctions. How do I increase my UN relations?

2: Much of the world hates me after I invaded and annexed much of the Middle east (Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq), escept for 4 nations. As Israel, West Germany, Canada, Spain, and the USA all like me. Is it just a coincidence that these nations still like me, or are some nations hard coded to like others? And how do I go about repairing relations with other nations?

3: I had a power crisis 2 years back, and have spent much of the past 2 years building petrol power plants given that I control most of the middle east oil. I produce 5.8 million barrels of oil, which is 2.2 million barrels surplus. I've been building petrol power plants, placed some hydro plants on the Nile. These are self explanatory, petrol plants need oil to run, hydro needs to be placed near water. What does "power - other" need to run? These take 180 days to build, comparable to the hydro plants, which is longer than the petrol's 80 days. What resources do the Power - other power plants use? Anything?

Thanks for the help!

Best way is make Alliance treaties.

You really need to have justification to start a war. If you dont have the justification then most of the world will get justification on you because you have started a war w/o a good reason. The reason Israel and the others still like could be because they didnt have good relations with those regions you went to war with or they like you enough that you will keep their support.

To repair your relations will probally take some time. Work diplomatic deals and trades, bribes, trade on the WM. Dont start wars w/o a High CB.

What does "power - other" need to run?

They dont require a raw material to operate. They more than likely represent a combination of Wind, Solar, Geothermal, Tidal and others such types on energy production.

Thanks for the answers!

What is a "high cb"? I had 60% on Iraq when I declared war on them. To be honest I wasn't caring about world relations at this point, and in my last war (against Syria) the UN sent advisors :D

To avoid the world hating me, I need like an 80% or higher CB?
How do I raise my CB on a country?

If the UN sent advisors then you probally had enough CB. 60% is not high but its not low either, optional settings may make a difference as well.

Even at 80% you will see some relations hit. Depends on who likes who more. You might not see as much of a relations hit with your allies or friendly regions but more of hit with those that are not friendly or had neutral relations.

With all the info you provided, it doesnt sound like your in that bad of situation as long as you dont start another war for long time.

Also, if someone starts a war with you, even with 100% CB, it should help your UN standing.

How do I raise my CB on a country?

Only way I know of is to ally or get MD pacts with regions that will be DoW'd by the region you want to get CB on.

You can give a region CB against you but thats not a guarantee they will DoW you, even if they have 100%. /Hint.... getting spies caught will give the region that catches them 10% Cb on you. You will also take a small UN hit though and small dip in MAR.

Thanks for the help.

I'm not in too bad a situation, i still have mutual defense packs or alliances with the UK, USA, Spain, and W Germany.

I also am self sufficient in everything except for electricity which I've been increasing steadily but still 200k short.

I think I've got a decent game here, as long as I don't get the whole world mad at me and they all war me. I of course don't want the Superpowers mad at me, either of them could beat me up pretty easily :(

My goal is to conquer the whole middle east, which I've mostly done. I just need Saudi Arabia, North and South Yemen, and the British protectorates. But I'll hold off on any agressive wars for a bit, I've still got some building up to do.
