Sorry if this has been discussed, but I couldn't find anything. On the relations view of the diplomatic map, are the cutoffs for the colors moddable? For example, it's useful to know whether your relations are +100 or more, but the range for coloring countries blue includes both sides of that boundary, so you can't tell by the color whethwer it's above or below 100.

They are not moddable. The cutoffs are 175, 125, 75, -73, -123, and -173 (the negative ones are off-by-two because of lazy coding many years ago).
