So, I've noticed that we've had a lot of discussion on the formable nations of EU5, and I figured, well, why not make a thread so we can discuss the releasable nations? I think that there's a lot of them, and I am curious to hear what ideas could be thought of, even if many are rehashes from previous Paradox games, and I think that having it could help give some minor feedback to the developers. So without further ado, I'll go ahead and get us started off with the ones I'd like to see.
I would also like to say that I would love a similar treatment to them as formable so we have the historical ones, the plausible ones, and the ahistorical ones, all toggled by game rules. This will only focus on the ones that I find historical or plausible, but I might make my own addendum with ahistorical formables.

And with that, I hope that I've made a sort of... giant list, so we can spark some more discussion on releasable nations, such as any I missed, or any other ideas that might emerge.
I also will probably work on the ahistorical ones soon, just give me a bit. For now... I leave this thread in your hands.
