To further detail this idea, here's the error log:

[texturehandler.cpp:181]: Couldn't find texture file: gfx//event_pictures//aztec_court.tga.
[spritetype.cpp:370]: Error initialising texture: gfx\\event_pictures\\aztec_court.tga for spritetype GFX_evt_emissary_mesoamerican
[spritetype.cpp:370]: Error initialising texture: gfx\\event_pictures\\aztec_court.tga for spritetype GFX_evt_throne_room_mesoamerican
[persistent.cpp:40]: Error: "Malformed token: random, near line: 84
Unexpected token: =, near line: 84
" in file: "interface/coats_of_arms.txt" near line: 85

I'm getting the Runtime error at Creating Borders. I have a Windows 32-bit system and left all the DLCs unchecked (neither do I own Sunset Invasion, which might be an issue, looking at the log). I left the Internet disconnected while loading the game too, I read it somewhere it helps. Any guidance for a poor throner? Should I delete those files?

EDIT: Maybe it was left ambiguous, but I do not own Sunset Invasion.

The errors in that log are not causing CTDs, everyone will have the same log. The runtime error is a memory issue, unfortunately your 32-bit system may not be able to handle the latest versions of the mod.

The only problem I am facing is the Runtime error, again (yeah, I know you're tired of reading these just as much as we are of having them). Will there be a fix to the memory issues eventually or should I just upgrade my computer?

The only fix would be to remove all of the new features, slavery, dothraki, dragons, essos etc.

I think the crashes people are getting without Sunset Invasion are because Yi Ti uses Aztec portraits.

They shouldn't be, but in either case that is not causing a CTD as there is a secondary portrait style specified. I do not own Sunset Invasion and have never had any problems as a result.

That is a good reason, but I don't think it's the reason as the list contains names like "Jaeherion", "Aegal", and "Daenaryon" which follow the same scheme as those three just with a different base name.

Considering I suggested Daenaryon I should have remembered that.

I reckon they just got overlooked then, or were deliberately reserved for their canon characters.

I started a game as a Dothraki, got the even t offering to change my dynasty/Khalassar name to my own. When I accepted, I instantly became unlanded and the game ended.

Great update. Although the 'deploy dragon to battle' decision might need to be tweaked. The War of the Conquest is getting really difficult, as the impact on morale doesn't appear to be working. The new dragon tactics have effects, but the kings simply have too many troops.

Jon Connington should have Targeryan loyalist modifier. He ends up being Aegons opponent if you actually manage to win war in Stormlands because both are ambitious. Haldon gets always called to citadel right away. Whole Aegons landing really needs more tweaking.

I got an event about the result of two dragon riders fighting, it said: What a dance that must of been or What a dance must of been, one of those, im no expert on the english language but it seems kinda wrong.

1st Edit: and are newly born/hatched dragons suposed to get the sickly trait?

2nd Edit: Are we supposed to just educate the dragons like normal children?

3rd Edit: when someone request a trial about combat it gives me 3 options (im playing as Rhaenyra) the middle one says: I won't let my sons something something ill do it instead (I think that is what it says, im not sure since I can't see some of it because of the portraits) it does the same as the first option, it gives me the choice between four guys to fight for me, is it because I am a woman? and secondly, can those trials end without deaths? because I think that is what just happened in my game, though I didn't see what the event said.

4th Edit: Alequo's nickname goldentongue is misspelled both in the game and in the ninepenny kings description, where it is spelled as goldentounge.

I had the same exact issues.

I was able to 'fix' the "Unexpected token" by adding a numeric value in line 83 of ...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod\A Game of Thrones\interface\coats_of_arms.txt file.

I also have Sunset Invasion, so I was also able to get past those errors as well.

At this point I still get the Runtime error at Creating Borders as well, Sunset Invasion being the only active DLC.

At this point should I just consider this mod unplayable with my 32 bit system/3GB RAM?

I was able to get my game running using a solution provided in another thread. For anyone else having issues with startup on 32bit machines, take a look at the options presented in http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?752785-Runtime-error-when-loading-mod .

Thanks for a great mod, it's really top notch.

Yeah dragons don't seem to be having much effect. They were overpowered before but maybe been nerfed a bit too much?

Has anyone tried playing as a Dothraki and found that you keep getting courtiers who arrive in you're court only to die instantly?

EDIT: And when my wife become pregnant, then no matter who much money I have I am told I cannot afford to take her to Vaes Dothrak for the Heart ceremony.

I had both while playing as Drogo. I believe the courtiers dying off is a workaround for something. Usually, your court has more than enough people. As for the Heart ceremony, I got the "not enough gold" message when Dany got pregnant.
