Anyways title of new game is not official to my knowledge. Other version I've seen in English is "Two Thrones."

This looks very much like Svea Rike III. It has to be based on that game - not EU. I would guess it's Svea Rike made for the French/English market.

I don't think so. Isn't Snowball affiliated with GH? I don't think Snowball has anything to do with this new game.

It's not GH. GH is a Snowball project, while Two Thrones is a Paradox project.
