Release a prisoner, fast forward, then release another prisoner before the first bonus runs out. Bonus doesnt refresh but ends a fixed time after the first release. Should probably refresh with the 2nd release.
That's pretty important in a succession crisis so the player doesnt have to write down when he last released a prisoner.
