so, i have a few prisoners who are released but wont leave
they were wearing a tracking belt, had no solitary confinement but were on permanent lockdown before release
i removed the tracking belt. no response
i cant send them to solitary or do anything with them but move them within their cells via left clicking or sending them to the infirmary.
i edited their filed so that release is false and reduced their served time
i didnt do anything to them this time (no tracking belt no perm lockdown)
they served their sentenced
and now they refuse to leave once again
it is not night time and no emergency responses are active
theyre paths are not blocked by restricted areas
pls help.
