I'm currently playing as Robb Stark, and I got the event where Arya reappears. Unfortunately, she appeared in the prison of my vassal's vassal's vassal, and I can't figure out how to get her out of prison, as I don't have any option to ransom her, or order that she be moved to my prison. Is there some event later on that will release her, or is she just going to be stuck in that baron's prison until she dies?

If you're not playing Ironman, you could always open the console and use "imprison (Arya's ID)" then release her yourself. Otherwise, it'll be up to your vassal's vassal's vassal if and in what condition she is released from the dungeon.
Ah, pity. I was hoping there was some way to free her without using the console, given she 'spawned' in jail. Especially given that there's that decision to request important prisoners that vassals take in war. Oh well.
