Releasing rebellious vassals shouldn't result in relation penalty

One thing that has been bugging me for a while is that when you decide to break vassalization with a country that has 100% liberty desire and rebellious attitude towards you, it still results in a -200 relation penalty because "our overlord abandoned us". IMO they should be grateful that they got released peacefully without having to wage a war against their overlord.
