First, I really like the religious diversity present in the game, it is really a step up from CK2.

The only issue I'm finding so far is the urgent need of balancing on religious spread and conversion rates, which is way too fast and easy, specially for the AI.

In a recent exploratory playthrough for example, I saw the Seljuks completely converting to Islam all of the Apostolic Armenians lands in a lapse of 10 years, whereas in reality that never happened (actually, they were never converted but wiped out in the XX century). Also, Bogomilists appeared in the Byzantine Empire spreading faster than the plague and converting the whole Empire in more or less the same lapse (with the consequent "pacifist" modifier resulting in a disaster for the ERE),

Furthermore, I've found that creating new faiths is way to easy and simple, resulting in a ridiculous proliferation of AI new faiths.

I found this all very immersion breaking, and having an "arcade" feeling about it.

Maybe some religions/faiths could have bonuses against conversion from other religious groups (like Apostolics with Islam). Also, to step up the AI requirements to create its own faiths.
