Religious orders and monuments disappear.

Does anyone know what I can do to make it not happen? I'm playing with Spain, it was around 1516 or so when I realized that the vast majority of the world's monuments had disappeared. I couldn't stand it, I exited the game, started another game and this time, again with Spain, I can't place religious orders in any of my states, but they do work on my subjects. Nor can I go down to see the decisions in his section, he won't let me, he won't let me. I'll see if I can upload a photo here. I'm desperate, I'm fed up with the amount of errors that the game gives me. I just want to uninstall it and never hear from it again.

Religious orders are a feature of the Golden Century DLC and monuments is from the Leviathan DLC. Are these DLCs enabled in the launcher and shown as "Owned, Enabled" in their tooltip in the single player menu? If that's not the problem, can you post a few screenshots and the save games in which you made the screenshots?
