Remove claims if the system changes hands

This is a pretty simple suggestion. Just found myself in this situation:
  • Empire A is attacked by empire B (a devouring swarm).
  • B conquers many of A's systems but A survives.
  • Years later, I swoop in from a wormhole and declare war on B.
  • I start conquering the systems that B took from A.
  • My relations with A tank because A now has claims on me.
  • As I am currently at war, I have no way to peacefully give A the claimed systems.
  • Additionally, as I needed to travel through A's borders to get to the wormhole, A is now actively hindering my war efforts.
I really don't think this should be happening: after all, there's a big difference between your former systems being owned by a swarm that wants to eat you, and an empire that's just trying to help and that you had a neutral to slightly positive relationship with before that point. The easiest way to prevent this would be to automatically remove all claims on a system if it is no longer owned by the empire you placed those claims on. Maybe allow the claiming empire to claim them again at a reduced influence cost if that's an issue?

there needs to be a diplomacy option to ask (demand) for your claims in this situation. Empire A should not give up its Claims just because Empire C took them it should just be able to ask nicely to get those claims back, if you don't then Empire A gets mad.

That should definitely be the case.

PS. In my opinion, this should apply to all systems that were once owned or claimed by an empire, and the reduction should be very large (even 100% if the AI doesn't go crazy because of it). There are many ways to lose a system; neither the player nor the AI should have to spend influence again on a system that was temporarily destroyed by a crisis or event. Spending the same amount of influence to claim the system regardless of whether we once owned it or not is a bit absurd.
