Removing ports and creating terra incognita

How would one go about removing the ability to create a port (even if its a coastal area)?

Also is it possible to designate a certain region terra incognita?

for the second: just dont put/insert for the province/s you want as TI the information related in ..._provinces.inc.
Large amounts of TI created this way will lead to CTD when moving troops.

Basically want to create uncrossable terrain

What then should I designate a province w/c I want to make TI? What terrain should I give it? I'm experimenting with changing the map around and I would want to try and make the Byzantine coast uncrossable (I've already separated it from the Eurasian continent).
