Removing the Mongols

A while back, someone told me an easy way to change a file so the mongols don't appear. Since I patched the last time they have come back, nasty as ever, and I can't remember what to do to banish them to Terra Incognita again. Anyone know what I need to do?

put a # before that line:

event = "db\events\Mongol_Invasion_Events.txt"
