Hello there,
While I know there is a thread on the first page about making Mongols stronger, I'd like to ask the opposite.
In the 1066 senerio, I think the special bonus' the Mongols have make sense. They start as as horde army with a single province and have to conquor or die. As a people they are first, nomadic, with few ties to the European landscape.
But in the last senerio things are different. The Mongols are an established realm, with vassals and a long term connection. They have moved beyond their nomadic roots, but still have all their bonuses. This leads to them taking over the world in most games I start at this time.
Is there anyway to reduce or modify the bonus for the Mongols so they don't run wild every game?
