Small thing, but: From a historical perspective the empty Barony of Wilhelmshaven (in the County of Ostfriesland) should not be named like that, because it is only in the 19th century that the King Wilhelm I of Prussia will start build his military harbour there and rename the area after himself (hence "Wilhelm's haven").
For a more accurate name for the time period I suggest the name "Jever" for a regional town that was allready present and became a prosperous trade town and city (as well as harbour at the coastline of that time) throughout the 13th and later. You might know know it for its Beer that goes by the same name.
