Renamed holy orders aren't updated in the holy order list

Description​

If you found a holy order and rename the duchy title that gets generated, this new name isn't reflected in list of available holy orders.

The repro steps are quite specific and I'm sure you could just start at 4 as this would likely be the same in other situations, but I've included for the sake of completeness

(I'm also not Hungarian, I just like to rename things to be more locally appropriate)

Steps to reproduce​

1, convert from Taltoism to Krstjani
2, have Pope accuse Krstjani of heresy
3, create new Krstjani faith
4, found holy order
5, rename the holy orders titular duchy title that gets generated
6, note the new name isn't changed in the holy order list.
