Just like the title says, I know how to rename the planets I control but I can’t fogure out how to rename the ones I haven’t/can’t colonise yet and also how to rename systems. Thanks.

I know you can on the PC version. If you can’t do it on consoles, my OCD is gonna go of the charts
To rename colonies go to your planet and go to the Planet tab by clicking LB (If you are on Xbox, click whatever button it is for on PS4) and look for Rename which is next to Leader. You can see the Rename tab under where you can see who you have as Governor for your planet. As for systems, I have yet to figure out how to rename them. I don't think you can rename planets unless you have colonized them.

I don't see how to rename systems either. May not be possible. Would like to have it added!
