The game has been crashing constantly since the new update and nothing I've done has worked. I've verified the files, reinstalled the game, updated my drivers, redownloaded my drivers, checked my system specs, disabled full screen optimization/disabled vsync/set refresh limit to 60, ran the optimization troubleshooter, checked my pc's power settings, monitored the game's cpu/disk/gpu usage, and have even ran an xtu stress test which my computer passed.

The crashes are random, sometimes the game will function for a few months, other times it'll crash within seconds of unpausing. Nothing happens before the crashes, the game just exits to the crash report screen without any warning. I'm nearing my wits end. I've never had any mods, I have no dlcs, and this is only my second playthrough of the game.

Looking through the crash logs, I did notice this error repeated in all of them "
[21:14:48][pdx_assert.cpp:632]: Assertion failed: Attempted to bind new object (ID: 134217938) to previous lookup location (ID: 100663506). Note: invalid objects should never be present in CPdxRefLookups.
[21:14:48][pdx_assert.cpp:632]: Assertion failed: Failed to create lookup!"

I'd appreciate it if someone could help as I'm close to seeing if I can get a refund.

I've included the error and debug logs for 4 of the crashes.

I don't think there's any tech-support style solution or workaround for your problem, I am sorry! You seem to have tried all the things I'd normally suggest.

Especially if you have crash dumps, this would be best handled in the Bug Reports forum.

Sorry for the problem!
