These crashes seemingly occur at random and have for multiple versions. Ive done all the recommended things to do in order to fix the .dll error, and ive never had this type of crash in any other game including paradox games.

Those exceptions log tend to look pretty much the same regardless of the crash cause, FYI.

After one of these crashes can you load the same save up and carry on? Or it crashes at the same place?

Right click on victoria3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.

If those don't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/pdx_settings.json .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log

i tried the fix and it didnt work so here are the files

That error log looks like a bad mod or mods are in use, OR the game installation is corrupted.

Please do a full clean re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-Vic3
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/Victoria3 AND Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3 folders - In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam Victoria3 or Documents Victoria3 locations, before installing again.
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add Victoria3.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
- start the game with no mods active and test with a new campaign, NOT any existing one

This is probably unrelated to the problems you are having with this game, but:
'Display Tab 2: There is a problem with AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics device. For more information, search for 'graphics device driver error code 43'
- uninstall that video driver https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx
- reboot
- install the latest http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- reboot again

Good luck!

i did all the things you said to do but my game is still crashing, i did move the save files back after reinstalling and the game so maybe its that, but i dont know but ive got the crash logs.

That error log still looks pretty bad. You did start a new test campaign as I requested, not load any existing one?

If so, I think it would be best to post this in the Bug Reports forum here, hopefully QA or the devs can find something in your .DMP files to explain this.

Sorry!
