Republic Confederacies Rule! - 44% research bonus?

They are listed as +20% research but are really +44%:

you get 20% for the province RPs and then pick up another 20% when RPs are tallied among all province. 1.2x1.2=1.44!

I went from 2.2 to 3.3 RP/month playing as Gaul going from a military tribe to a republic confederacy (some of the other changes are for differences in how research bonuses are handled).

Not a bug - don't fix!!!

Of course it's a bug, either say the effect is 44% or fix it to be 20%. Sounds unbalanced IMO, even though you might like it playing a tribe and being behind in tech.

Haha, sounds suspicious to me. I haven't played as a Republican Confederacy, but let's put this where it belongs: bug forum.
