i conquered all lands which are de jure aragon in 1066 but cannot create kingdom
capital in Barcelona, tried Zaragoza too, but still nothing
culture basque and catalan dont work
did i miss something?

after change inhertance from elective to gavlekind i cannot marry my daughters matrilineary

succesion is agnatic-cognatic
only change was elective -> gavelkind
with elective box was available so im confused

edit:
i changed administration to late feudal too
maybe this is reason?
