[Request]Less cargo

Right now, 90% of my traffic is trucks. Swarms of trucks, moving between my cargo train and my harbour. Swarms of trucks in my industrial area. There are more trucks than there are cims in my city. Is there some way to cut them in half?

A mod with higher capacity trucks should do the trick, but I don't know is there one....
