I wish there was a simple mod to change road priorities... like in Traffic Manager, but only this part.

I'm actually interested by Traffic Manager as a whole but as it is, the list of issues with it is far too much for me.

I really wish there was a simple mod for this, just like Toggle Traffic Lights: simple, does one thing, does it without problems.

It's not a particularly simple feature to implement properly; it involves lots of different parts of game (eg. vehicle AIs) to be altered; and doing it wrong would break all sorts of stuff so I'm not sure there will be a separate mod for this any time soon.

Which are the issues? I don't know one

It says it will cause problems when you place two junctions with lights near from each others... also it says there can be problems with the crosswalks.

And also the fact that I will only use a small portion of it, and as I'm on a machine that does what it can but is just enough to enjoy the game, I want to avoid installing stuff I don't really need.

I think I'll give it a try, to see what's what. ;)

Traffic++ is doing a bunch of things with roads/lanes, beyond their already cool features, that they tease near the end of this post

Even worse !!! Even more complex and asking for (bit of) ressources that my poor machine does not have at the moment.

Traffic++ is huge, really an awesome piece of work, but my pc is already at the limit with the game's AI as it is
Sorry to hear it. But I think any solution that tries to sort out lanes and traffic isn't going to require fewer resources.
