Caucasian and Turkic States coming up later as I hit the Image limit.
 
If I may make a request? Could some fine gentleman make the DH-appropriate flags and shields from the below two flags?

Territory of the Saar Basin (why isn't this in the 1914 scenario anyways?):

US flag with the Elder Sign in the canton. If it's not much of a hassle, could you make counters for this too?:

I'd greatly appreciate it if either of these can be done. I understand that people often request a ton of flags all at once; feel free to take your time and put this on the backburner.

How do you create the counters? I know that there is the EFM for the shields and the flags, but is there also a template for the counters?
