It has been in teh works here and there for years. But more or less works kinda like RDD wanted too but with my own flare. If ya wanna see an example, take a look at the modded version of MDS I put up on the MDS page after Nova disappeared. Its a mod that incorporates the Flag/Name change plus all kinds of other things.

With added nations to cover the fact that the U.S.'s territories only incorporate three revolt nations which is pretty BS considering the diversity in teh U.S., so I added signifigantly more, plus in regards to flag and name change mod I put changes if the U.S. or those smaller revolter nations were either freed and kept as puppets, etc. Like for example, the American Republic. If it is freed by the USSR(WW2era) or PRC (Modern era) it's name and flag would reflect that. USSR version might be: American Union of Socialist Republics/American Socialist Republic. While the PRC version might be: Democratic Peoples Republic of California.
