Not sure anyone reported this bug before. at least i have not found it mentioned in earlier topics.
As SU i'm researching Improoved motorised infantry by Barrikada Factory Design currently researching rocketry component at speed 6,3. they do not have the skill in that area. on the same time doing Improoved infantry research by VDV team, currently researching artillery component with speed 3. they do have skill in that area. speeds reversed?
Another problem - units always going from one destination to another through least posible number of provinces. without consideration of penalties from different types of provinces. as a result sending mot div from Vladivostokto Kursk without manually choosing rote takes 18!!!! month. while shortest rote takes something like 6 month time.

P.S. thought of adding savegame but unfortunatelly can not figure out how to do this at this forum :(
