Hi-I hope this is the right pew. I downloaded subject matter, unzipped it & it's on the computer.It is represented by an icon in the HOI2 file as libbz2.dll. But, when I try to use it(open it) I get a "Windows cannot open this...." error message. Can someone please tell me how to use this? Thanks, Hugh Browne
