KACEOY to Panzer Commader. PC, I expect you to use it this round. If you believe it behooves us to hold on to it until a possible Mission 5, please explain why before Mission 4. To do otherwise is a confession to being a spy.

Panzer isn't stupid. He knows that holding on to a KACIOU until mission 5 is wasting it - by the time he gets his result from using the card on mission 5, finding out whether the person he chose sabotaged, the game's over. ("Good news, I know who sabotaged! Bad news, we lost.") There's no mission 6 to use the information on.

(Seriously, what?)

REJECT

Team of:

PANZER COMMADER
AEDAN777
IRONHEAD 5

Approve: Ironhead, Panzer

Reject: Madchemist, Aedan, K-59, Tamius

Team is Rejected 2-4. That's one out of 5 possible Rejections this round. There are currently 2 Successful Missions and 1 Failed Mission.

Tamius is the next leader. Another 3-person team.

Can't see anything better to propose than

Tamius
Aedan
Panzer

APPROVE

and I should think that madchemist is the final Resistance member.

Approve

Hmm.

This works if the spies are Ironhead and k-59. But that really doesn't fit very well with the mission 2 approvals (although then again, there's been a bunch of inexplicable approvals somewhere along the line, unless one of aedan or Panzer is a spy).

I'm not confident enough in this one, at least not yet.

Reject

The truly inexplicable approval is Mission 1. Mission 2 ended up going to the fifth proposal, and a couple of the proposals were throwaways.

But why did a Spy approve Mission 1? It was only the second proposal so there was no rush to approve. Either madchemist is a spy who made a bad choice in approving; or there was a spy on Mission 1. And if there was a spy on Mission 1, wouldn't the spy's partner approve? Thus, either way, madchemist must be a spy.

So if madchemist is a spy, who is his most likely partner?

I think the key is tamius' proposed team for M2P2. He took off Panzer Commader and added himself and madchemist. As PC noted while voting (see quote below), this only makes sense if tamius is a spy. And madchemist's abrupt reject vote is suggestive of a packmate alarmed at a poor decision by his partner.

This is actually quite funny, although it makes sense from a baddie tamius POV. Why would a baddie Tamius want me off the team if I'm resistance, so long as he's on there? He doesn't necessarily. He just needs a team with him on that'll be accepted. Given I said I would reject such a team, it was very unlikely to have passed. So this team has 3 people that's 3 approves if at least those on it approve it, plus K-59's vote and well, things look bad but they're not as bad as last game. A long shot certainly, but perhaps Spy!Tamius' only chance. Amirite?

So I hypothesize that madchemist and tamius are the spies. Since we only need three people on this team, I recommend PC + aedan + either me or k-59. The KACEOY card will be just as useful on k-59 as on me.

There's still time to get the right team in. Still have madchemist and aedan in the list to go.

Hmm, I don't know. Would you like to let us know?

Perhaps he could ensure the mission was a success, claim credit for approving a team he knew was clear, thus allowing him to get on future teams, and attempt to discredit Resistance members for not knowing their fellow Resistance on Mission 1?

A few things wrong here.

1. From an (albeit paranoid) Resistance perspective, it made a lot of sense.
2. Panzer didn't say that my proposal only made sense as a spy.* He said that it made sense if I were a spy*. There's quite a difference. If you read his quote you'll see it says that the m+a+p team was my only shot as a spy*. As Resistance it was just one in a range of options.
3. Also, he's changed his mind since then, I think.
4. If I were spymates with madchemist* why would I put both spies on the team?

*(which I'm not)

How surprising.

Spies: k-59, Ironhead.

Tamius
Aedan
Panzer

Approve: Tamius, Aedan, Panzer

Reject: K-59, Ironhead, Madchemist

Team is Rejected 3-3. That is 2 out of five possible Rejected Teams this round.

There are 2 Successful Missions and 1 Failed Mission.

K-59 is the next leader. Another 3-person team.

You may all think I am spy but I am not. And me plus the M1 teams let's us side step Tam and which ever combination of MC/I5 are the other spy.

Team of
Panzer
Aedan
k-59

Approve.

Aedan, use your SL now so we can propose a good team for the next round and so I get the final card(which might be OC if we're lucky)

Totally forgot I had that.

Use Strong Leader
