Oh cool, I'm on it. And I get a card. I think I'll

Approve

This is a good proposal. I am Resistance and I guess Jerman is too, since he gave me that card. I have not received the update from the GM yet, so I'll hold my vote until then.
All in all this would mean we either have a successful mission, or we will know Jackson is a Spy.

Guess what. GM tells me Jerman is a spy.

Reject.

Oh hey, guess I won't be playing my card yet.

Well isn't this lovely...

Would a spy Jerman just give himself away to npstr? He could have literally picked anyone else and little would have been made of it...

Its possible, though I'd like to think he's a better player than that. It is very possible that Canadian is just a fairly bold spy by making jerman a scapegoat to clear his name for future rounds. I'm conflicted though because he didn't even wait for npster's update before putting him on the team. So either he is an unlucky and dense resistance or a very dumb spy.

What does Canadian have to do with this whole thing? Who did you mean?

I don't get what Jerman gets from this giving that card to a Resistance member, unless he was planning to discredit me.
One way to discredit me would be Jacksonian using KACEOY on me and claiming I'm a Spy.

I think you got some names wrong there.

This is......... interesting.

I'm going to reject my proposal

hmm is it possible jerman thought he was safe because he had given the card to his spymate but npstr thought it was a stupid plan?

maybe but i don't think it's likely

okay possibilities:

1)J an N both R: not reasonably possible
2)J S, N R: so jerman the spy established confidence with a resistance member and tried to implicate them by putting them on a team before they had the chance to say the truth? i don't see much merit in that plan
3)J R, N S: in that case J was just an impatient resistance member and N took advantage of that to sow confusion. plausible, but jackson would've been an easy scapegoat.
4) J and N both S: as explained above. maybe npstr was afraid of having two spies on the team. (how long has he been playing? can we expect him to know "the rule"?)

Well, we're pretty much guaranteed to have at least one spy on this team (Jerman and npstr both being resistance is a highly unlikely scenario here) so this decision is pretty easy.

This is my second game, but know about "the rule".

It's 2) btw. We need to look into proving/disproving mine or Jermans allegiance.

If we are going off of theory 2, I just find it hard to believe Spy Jerman would haphazardly give that card to a resistance member, and then propose the team without hearing the response from said resistance member. I say we leave both Jerman and npster off of future teams for now.

Seeing how Npstr continues to lie about this, we know that possibly 1 is unlikely, and if possibly 1 is correct, Npstr is hurting the resistance by lying.

I'm quite surprised that Npstr has been this bold, trying to frame me mission 1.
