Twice now in 106 I have experienced a Resource crash in which stockpiles drop into Negative numbers (-16000 oil) for no reason I can see. ie not related to capturing enemy capitals with neg stockpiles, once in jan 41 with no combat or troop movement anywhere.
It is a known bug and will be addressed. Until then, if it happens, edit your save game file and give yourself back the resources you lost so you can continue the game.
I had this happen... dropped 60k oil in one day, I was on slow, so I saw it happen... I figued fluke, cheated got back 10k oil... gone next day... I finally checked the resource chart... lo and behold, under oil and "conveyed to home provs" it says -59998 oil.
Isn't that interesting. Damn negative material plane oil converting my good oil to nothing... anyway, I checked my convoys, and one of them was transferring ~60k oil to france for some reason. Canceled it redid it... seemed to fix it. It happened again and I had to fix it... Can't quite figure out why. But something to look for.
