"Restore Accolades" and "Seek Worthy Accolade Successor" return ineligible characters

"Restore Accolades" and "Seek Worthy Accolade Successor" return ineligible characters

Description​

I am playing as a Hungarian Ruler and I have an accolade with the Attributes "Horse Archer" and "Archer". When I use the button "Seek Worthy Accolade Successor" I received a character of Hungarian Culture who isn't eligible to be the Accolade Successor because the Culture doesn't have the "Horse Lords" Tradition. Then the current Accolade Holder died and when I used the Decision "Restore Accolades" the same thing happened. So these Decisions don't seem to be working properly since it's a waste of Prestige if you don't get the Knights that you need from them. However, when I used "Restore Accolades" at a later time, I got an Avar Culture character who is eligible. So it seems to be somewhat random if you're getting an eligible or an ineligible character.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Play as a character with a Culture that has the Horse Lords Tradition.
2. Create an Accolade with the Horse Archer Primary Attribute.
3. Switch to a culture that doesn't have the Horse Lords Tradition, for example by Promoting Christian Settlements in Hungary.
4. Don't have a candidate for the Succession of your Accolade.
5. Use the decision to "Seek Worthy Accolade Successor" or use "Restore Accolades" after the current Accolade Holder dies.
