Retired courtiers still migrate

There is an event that causes your courtier to retire if they are very old. It does so by migrating them to the NONE tag. However, such courtiers quickly migrate to some other court, which kinda defeats the idea of the event. I was surprised to find my retired diocese bishop alive and well in another court, mere days after his retirement to a monastery.

Yes and no.

The point is that they are old an unhappy with you as their ruler, so they retire from your court (Basically a way to prune player's court from old useless courtier)... But maybe your neighbour proposed them a position (and they believe him ! )
