RETIRED [Mod] AI can use DLC Portraits

I've created four simple mods that will allow the AI to use the various DLC portraits, including the Platypus and Chirpy ones. Because of how they are listed in the files, the AI never uses them right now. These mods change that.

Use only one.

The DLC variants require their specific DLC, as also indicated on the Steam workshop.
All variants require you to be logged in to the launcher to use the Chirpy portrait.

Compatibility Info:
not compatible with any mod that directly alters the common\species_classes\00_species_classes.txt file, but should be compatible with all mods that simply add races/portraits and do not change the default included ones.

I had a feeling of deju vu when that mysterious erbkaiser fellow on steam reported a few coding typos in my namelist mod and now I know why... nice to see you around. Anyways, thanks for this again! D:

Added an Arachnoid only variant, for people who bought Nova or Galaxy but missed the preorder.
That should be all variants needed (for now)
