Retreat available a day earlier than advertised

Description​

After entering a land or naval battle retreat is unavailable for 12 days which is presented with a text "May not retreat until [day][month][year]". In the current game version retreat seems to always become available a day earlier than the game tells you. If the game tells that retreat becomes available 20th of May 1588 then the message vanishes at 19th of May.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Start a land or naval battle that lasts longer than 12 days.
2. Observe when the "May not retreat until [day][month][year]"-message disappears.
