What do you people think about a mod where things came out different for example the Welsh conquering the English or the Byzantines conquering the Ottomans or the crusades actually being a success. these are just some ideas i would love to hear some feed back.

Have you had a chance to look at Interregnum? It's the premier alternative history mod, which includes the Byzantines surviving, the crusades having been a success and many other juicy tidbits.
