Reviving Weekly HOI MP 36-48

I will be hosting a game this saturday (Dec 21st) at 3pm Pacific Time. It will last all Saturday if possible and if need be and people are availble Sunday to.
I want to do a game every saturday with all 8 majors playing no others.

I request players have at least cable if they have modem and it doesn't lag then they can play but if they slowing game down and everyone is getting angry a vote will be passed if vote is successful person will be kicked out of the game and replaced if possible.

People that drop will have 10 minutes to get back in game or go on icq.

If you wish to reserve a country give me your HOI name and ure ICQ #.

Post if interested like I said I have put this pretty early but if we get enough I will set it up either on V.Net if its up or by IP. If 8 spots are filled but more than 8 people want to play please stay around or avaible since some people may not show up.

PS: Id like to try to avoid tech trading but I know it will happen if anyone has any suggestions please offer or do you just wanna play any rules go?

I am definitely interested. I'm central time (TX) with cable modem. If Germany is available I'd prefer it.

As far as rules are concerned, I think some house rules for exploits (paratroops, tech sharing etc.) and timing (game speed, pauses, etc.) are probably in order. But they can be agreed on later.

I'm in and would take the U.S. and agree to tech trading limitations (though it's easiest just to decide on no tech trading at all.)

I'm not too interested in a free-for-all game, so some semblence of historical progression would be nice. (Invade Austria in 1936 if ya want Germany, but I'd rather not see Japan taking South Africa or other such nonsense.)
