Alright. So. I just patched to the newest version of EURVV and started a game around the time of Gaius Marius. Ager Brutus(I think that's the name) in Magna Graecia has a base revolt of 40.62, which to me is a little bit high for a 'base revolt risk' value, especially in a province incorporated into the empire so long ago.
Maybe I missed something, but it's no fun stationing a large army there to put down the rebellions that pop up every other year or so. Each rebellion has been exactly 22,000 men, and in the first two rebellions the province rebelled twice, causing an uprising of 44,000. Granted they're mostly militia, but comeon.
Mostly I've been trying to ignore this problem but it'd still be nice to be able to actually use all of the troops I keep in the province now
