A revolution just took my capital state with them, has this been changed from previous patches? I thought you always kept your capital.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It was a cheesy rule, so with the rework of movements, it was changed, that it's no longer the case.
