Revolutions Language Problem

I just installed the Revolutions expansion and the text was all in German. I realized that I had accidentally selected the German language file and
uninstalled the game and re-installed it using the English file. However, now the installation is being rejected because the update language is listed as English while the original language is still listed as German. How can I fix this?

I would say, reinstall the whole game

That is what I attempted first. I re-installed Victoria first and then it would not allow me to install the English language version of Revolutions.

Before reinstalling, make sure you go through the manual uninstall from the "self help" sticky thread, especially the registry cleanup.
