Rework on the buildings : creating a building tree with specialisation (LF ideas)

I'm planning on working and changing all the buildings tree in order to make a more complexe one with choice to focus on one type of units or style go for multiple type.

The goal is to bring more strategic choice in term of what you should build depending on your target enemy or your technologies.

So I would require your help proposing building tree considering that I'd like to have some cultural only type of buildings (that could override an original one or be a complet new line).
Feel free to give idea on what it should give in term of troops, moral, attack/defence, tax, research...

I'll perform some test on the different effect possible hoping to find some nice possible effects to be made.

I'll take a look at merging with some mod with extend culture as I really want to focus on the buildings as it seems a no choice area where you'll always end up with everything. If there is a nice mod with more culture, I'll add the swiss pikemen for sure...
And even if there is no swiss culture, I think I'll put a pikemen line.

Having differences based on the culture and the choices made by the player or AI (this part will kill me for sure) would be really great.
