Hello members of this forum;

I have a small question for you, is it possible to play as Rhodesia (Either both northern- and southern- or simply as southern-Rhodesia)?
If so would someone please provide me with information on how to do this?

Regards

Victoria is playable between 1836-1935 and nearly all the states and even some of the nomadic tribes that existed within that time frame have been modded into the latest version of the game. Rhodesia didn't exist within the time frame so you would have to create it yourself. Read this guide, keeping in mind it's an old thread and some of the info may not work if you use it with a different version of the game.

Thank you for your reply
I will try to add Rhodesia myself, following the steps from that guide.
However Rhodesia did actually exist during the time-period, but not as a fully independant state (The Colony of Rhodesia was founded in 1923).

The popularly-known Republic of Rhodesia was not formed until 1965, but a semi-independant Southern Rhodesia did exist as a sort of dominion from 1923 (within the game's timeframe) until it became part of the white-run Central African Federation (officially the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland) in 1953. If Southern Rhodesia were to be included as a releasble state in the game, the event making it a dominion should require a small white population (of about 30,000-40,000), and should have three options: 1.) Grant dominion status, 2.) Make it a part of South Africa (this nearly happened in the 1922 referendum) and 3.) It will remain a colony.
