The thing is I am not actively working on the mod anymore, however just because I am not working on the mod doesn't mean that it is dead entirely.

I will give as much of an official statement as I can.

I started all this about two years ago I think (I think). It got stuck in development hell, several reworks and the such and got left in the dust bin while I helped other people with their mods.

However I have returned. I am now continuing where I left off. I don't ask for help because I feel like I have disappointed people who had worked with me, so this has became my burden.

The mod is no longer dead! Long live the mod!

The government in Algeirs is a quasi military dictatorship ruled by many of the ultra conservative elements of French society.

Sweet. I can help a bit, if you'll allow it, of course.

I wish we could play with the Grand Duchy of Finland, and there were changes in the American continent?

The Grand Ducy of Finalnd does not exist as an independent state in 1900 but may become independent later in the game.

The changes to South America are not as noticeable. The only differences are the continuation of the Mexican Empire (due to French intervention" and the reformation of UPCA (to combat Mexican aggression). This change was inspired by the attempt to reform it in 1896 and in this world succeeds in its goal.

It may sound like a coincidence but I was going to tell you that Mexico could continue being an empire because it could survive with a good general like Miguel Miramon since he could and historically raised a respectable army of nine thousand men (despite being abandoned by Napoleon ), but what will be the turning point here? It may be that Miguel Miramon was not or returned before Germany to raise an army (and this would be stronger and more numerous than the historical one since he could have more time to do it

good thing I am not still in charge as I would have put asterisks to the Mexican Empire's survival post-1870 namely that the CSA has to still exist to back them and crush continuous Republican Rebels in Mexico. Just the simple act of how Mexico remains an empire past 1870 and the Brazilian Empire are unknown in the current timeline.
